The challenge

Iron Bodyfit France had a strong network and a proven offering, but lacked a consistent, nationwide acquisition system.
Each franchisee handled their own lead generation independently or through their own agency, making performance difficult to measure or replicate. There was no sales CRM in place.
The company lacked visibility into which channels were actually driving appointments and which actions would reliably grow the network.
Leadtrunk deployed a centralized acquisition method combining advanced tracking, CRM structuring, and multi-channel prospecting sequences.
The entire network benefited from a repeatable system that generates appointments in a predictable way.
Our take
on this project
At first glance, this might look like a simple acquisition project. In reality, the challenge was not to generate more leads, but to find a growth system that could be replicated across an entire network.
What this project reminded us
Like many, we long believed that growth problems were first and foremost acquisition problems.
This first project showed us that acquisition is often only part of the equation.
When the structure is clear, teams move faster. And when everyone works with their own methods, even the best levers eventually plateau.
What we did not anticipate
We expected to spend most of our time talking about prospects and campaigns.
In the end, the most important discussions were often about organization, processes and the flow of information.
That is how we learned that growth is as much a question of systems as of marketing.
A useful reminder for us
While supporting this project, we came across challenges we also face at Leadtrunk.
Document more. Structure what works. Keep visibility as the business grows.
This helped us grow alongside our clients.
What we will remember
This project reminded us that there is no lasting shortcut.
The best results do not come from a single tool or campaign.
They appear when the right people, the right processes and the right data finally work in the same direction.
