Legal notice
Leadtrunk SA payment, suspension, and termination terms, effective from November 1, 2026.
01 — Billing
1.1 Recurring services (subscriptions, Runner Packs, campaign management) are billed in monthly cycles, from the 15th to the 15th. Invoices are issued on the 15th of each month.
1.2 Leadtrunk SA advances the advertising budget to ad platforms on your behalf, which is then re-invoiced according to the terms of your offer.
1.3 The first invoice is payable within 30 days. Subsequent invoices are payable upon receipt and settled via the automatic payment method outlined in point 2.
02 — Payment methods
2.1 Automatic payment is mandatory. You must set this up (direct debit or saved card) via the link provided by Leadtrunk SA no later than the due date of your first invoice.
2.2 Until automatic payment is set up, every invoice paid via another method will incur administrative fees, charged according to the current rates provided to the client.
2.3 An automatic payment that fails (due to insufficient funds, revoked mandate, or a declined or expired card) does not change the due date: the invoice remains payable. Leadtrunk SA may re-attempt the payment, and the administrative fees mentioned in point 2.2 will apply.
2.4 The client must notify Leadtrunk SA immediately of any changes to their payment method.
03 — Late payments
3.1 If payment is not made by the due date, Leadtrunk SA will send the client reminders via email and, if necessary, by message or phone.
3.2 If an invoice remains unpaid 45 days after the invoice date, Leadtrunk SA will suspend the client's advertising campaigns. Other services, including the Runner Pack and CRM access, will remain active and billed during this suspension.
3.3 If an invoice remains unpaid 60 days after the invoice date, Leadtrunk SA will suspend all services and may refer the debt to a collection agency.
3.4 Services will resume once all outstanding amounts have been paid in full. Resuming campaigns may be conditional upon setting up an automatic direct debit.
3.5 Suspension does not release the client from paying outstanding amounts, including invoices issued during the suspension for services that remain active.
04 — Payment plans
4.1 A payment plan may be granted upon request. It is only valid once confirmed in writing by Leadtrunk SA.
4.2 An agreed-upon payment plan suspends the measures set out in points 3.2 and 3.3 as long as it is followed. A missed payment makes those measures applicable again immediately, without further notice.
05 — Disputing an invoice
5.1 Any disputes must be sent in writing to facturation@leadtrunk.ch within 10 days of the invoice date, including the reason for the dispute.
5.2 A dispute received within this timeframe will pause the measures outlined in point 3 for the contested portion only, while it is being reviewed. The undisputed portion remains due.
06 — Cancelling and modifying your subscription
6.1 Clients can cancel or modify their subscription by providing 15 days' notice before the start of the next cycle (cycles run from the 15th to the 15th).
6.2 Requests received after this deadline will take effect in the following cycle.
6.3 Pausing campaigns at the client's request only stops billing for the Runner Pack if the pause covers a full cycle.
6.4 If the contract ends, any outstanding amounts must be settled before the services conclude.
