DEPLOYMENT PHASE
The challenge

When launching its expansion into Spain, Iron Bodyfit wanted to build a solid acquisition model from the very first openings to avoid the common pitfalls many networks face during growth phases.
While the CRM structure could leverage existing foundations, a major challenge quickly emerged: WhatsApp was essential in this market. Since prospect communication habits differ, we needed to adapt the telephony and support the network accordingly.
Our approach
We deployed a comprehensive approach, built around local habits and designed to scale with the network's growth.
Structure & accounts
New telephony infrastructure within the CRM
Integration of WhatsApp as the primary conversation channel
Standardized message templates
Automated qualification and follow-up scenarios
Operational documentation for the entire network
As the network grows, workflows are continuously optimized to support the evolving needs of franchisees and sales teams.
Before / After
- Management model to be built
- Telephony not suited to local habits
- Low-performing SMS and email
- Lack of a WhatsApp usage framework
- French acquisition model adapted to the Spanish market
- WhatsApp Business rolled out across the network
- Operational automated templates and scenarios
- Network documentation and operating procedures
- Flows continuously optimized based on field feedback
- Reproducible model to support the opening of new locations
How we did it.
Structure first. Always.
Build solid foundations before scaling up the network.
Testing, above all else.
Validate the most effective uses and channels locally before rolling them out.
Phased rollout
Extend the systems to locations in line with network growth.
Documentation and training
Ensure tool adoption through clear, repeatable processes.
